HTHP CFB Boiler
HTHP CFB Boiler is the most common medium size CFB power plant boiler. In March 2021, power plant boiler manufacturer Taishan Group won a 130TPH HTHP CFB Boiler project. Now, the 30MW biomass boiler power plant passed 72+24hour full load performance test. During the trial operation, the average load rate reached 94.33%. All the automatic control and protection systems are put into operation, all systems are operating normally, and the parameters are excellent, meeting the requirements of design and operation technical specifications.
The project covers an area of 12.38 hectares with a total investment of 324 million Yuan. The construction scale is 1×30MW extraction condensing steam turbine generator and 1×130t/h high temperature and high pressure CFB boiler. It can consume 224,900 tons of straw and other grain processing residues each year. The annual power generation is 210 million kWh and power utilization time is 7,000 hours, while meeting the heating demand of 120,000 square meters.
The project uses crop straws and rice husks as biomass fuels. Compared with coal power plant with the same amount of electricity, it can save 73,500 tons of standard coal, 50,000 tons of carbon dust and 183,100 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year. It can effectively improve local ecological environment and air quality. It is of great significance to promoting the construction of ecological civilization, resource-saving and environment-friendly society. It has positive role in driving growth of local fixed assets investment, further improving energy structure, and ensuring energy security. The economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits are prominent, and it has also accumulated valuable experience to invest in such projects in the future.
